Lavanda room is a double room spacious enough to accommodate up to three people.

It consists of a double bed and a single bed, private bathroom with courtesy line and hairdryer, flat-screen TV, independent heating and air conditioning.

The Lavanda room is situated on the ground floor of the farmhouse where the Osteria and Reception are also located, and has an independent entrance.

Outside, a well-furnished private patio, allows you to enjoy a tasty aperitif before dinner or to stop and watch the suggestive starry sky. The sweet sound of the small Riocchio stream will cuddle you.

In the mornings, we serve a buffet breakfast prepared with homemade sweet artisan products. There is also a play area for children, a garden where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view of the old town and the Umbrian countryside, and in the summer months we provide our magnificent swimming pool.
